Signature Member Benefits:
Spring & Summer
During your spring/summer preventative maintenance, we will have a certified technician look over the following:
- Clean condenser coils
- Check amp draws
- Inspect fan blades, wheels, cages and motors
- Adjust fan drive belts
- Lubricate motors per manufacturer's specifications
- Lubricate all moving parts
- Check and tighten all electrical connections
- Clean condensate drains
- Check contactors on the air conditioning and ventilation unit to ensure they are mounted securely and free of surface pitting
- Ensure all access panels and control covers for properly secured placement
- Check thermostat control systems for proper calibration, programming and battery effectiveness
- Check refrigerant for proper levels
- Check/replace filter
Fall & Winter
During your fall/winter preventative maintenance, we will have a certified technician look over the following:
- Inspect heat exchanger
- Check pilot auto re-light exchanges
- Clean and check pilot
- Check trip-out temperature on safety
- Check all contactors to ensure they are mounted securely and free of surface pitting
- Tighten all electrical connections
- Ensure all access panels and control covers for properly secured placement
- Check control system for proper calibration, programming and battery effectiveness
- Check heat exhaust chamber
- Check gas pressure & air flow
- Check blower amp draws
- Check/replace humidifier pad
